H\u00e4r \u00e4r de misstag som jag oftast ser p\u00e5 kliniken: <\/p><ul><li>Du h\u00e5ller andan och trycker i st\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att lyfta.<\/li><li>Skinkorna, l\u00e5ren eller magmusklerna arbetar h\u00e5rdare \u00e4n b\u00e4ckenbotten.<\/li><li>Om du pressar f\u00f6r h\u00e5rt f\u00f6rlorar du precisionen.<\/li><li>Du flyr inte helt mellan repetitionerna.<\/li><li>Du tr\u00e4nar f\u00f6r mycket, s\u00e4rskilt om du har ont.<\/li><li>Du tr\u00e4nar n\u00e4r du kissar ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att bara anv\u00e4nda det som ett eng\u00e5ngstest.<\/li><li>Du tr\u00e4nar bara liggande och \u00f6verf\u00f6r inte \u00f6vningarna till vardagliga r\u00f6relser.<\/li><li>Du sitter ihopsjunken, s\u00e5 din andning och b\u00e4ckenbotten har s\u00e4mre arbetsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden.<\/li><\/ul><p>En enkel riktlinje \u00e4r att tekniken ska k\u00e4nnas exakt, inte pressad. S\u00e4nk kraften till 30-50 % om du bara k\u00e4nner ett tryck fr\u00e5n rumpan, magen eller ned\u00e5t. <\/p><\/section><section id=\"hjaelpemidler\"><h2>Hj\u00e4lpmedelsteknik, appar och biofeedback<\/h2><p>P\u00e5minnelseappar kan vara till hj\u00e4lp om du gl\u00f6mmer att tr\u00e4na. Det viktigaste \u00e4r dock att \u00f6vningarna \u00e4r kopplade till regelbundna rutiner, t.ex. efter tandborstningen, n\u00e4r kaffet bryggs, efter tr\u00e4ningen eller vid ett regelbundet stopp p\u00e5 promenaden. <\/p><p>Biofeedback kan vara anv\u00e4ndbart om tekniken \u00e4r os\u00e4ker. En del anv\u00e4nder EMG eller tryckm\u00e4tning. P\u00e5 kliniken anv\u00e4nder jag ultraljud eftersom man kan se b\u00e4ckenbotten arbeta i realtid. Det g\u00f6r det l\u00e4ttare att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 skillnaden mellan ett korrekt lyft, felaktigt tryck och brist p\u00e5 avslappning.   <\/p><\/section><section id=\"livsstil\"><h2>Livsstil som st\u00f6der b\u00e4ckenbottentr\u00e4ning f\u00f6r m\u00e4n<\/h2><p>B\u00e4ckenbotten fungerar inte isolerat. Cirkulation, nervsystem, stress, s\u00f6mn, vikt, alkohol, r\u00f6kning och tarmvanor p\u00e5verkar ocks\u00e5 b\u00e4ckenbotten. <\/p><ul><li>Tr\u00e4na cirkeltr\u00e4ning 2-3 g\u00e5nger i veckan f\u00f6r b\u00e4ttre blodfl\u00f6de.<\/li><li>Tr\u00e4na ben, h\u00f6fter och skinkor f\u00f6r b\u00e4ttre b\u00e4ckenstabilitet.<\/li><li>Arbeta med vikt, r\u00f6kning och alkohol om det p\u00e5verkar erektion eller inkontinens.<\/li><li>Prioritera s\u00f6mn och <a href=\"https:\/\/msinsight.dk\/sv\/stresshantering\/\">stresshantering<\/a>, s\u00e4rskilt om din b\u00e4ckenbotten k\u00e4nns konstant sp\u00e4nd.<\/li><li>Undvik att anstr\u00e4nga dig under tarmt\u00f6mningen. Anv\u00e4nd en fotpall p\u00e5 toaletten och ta god tid p\u00e5 dig. <\/li><li>F\u00f6rdela v\u00e4tskorna j\u00e4mnt \u00f6ver dagen och begr\u00e4nsa koffeinintaget om du har tr\u00e4ngande eller t\u00e4ta urintr\u00e4ngningar.<\/li><li>Var uppm\u00e4rksam p\u00e5 biverkningar av medicineringen, s\u00e4rskilt vid erektil dysfunktion eller f\u00f6r\u00e4ndrad urinering.<\/li><\/ul><\/section><section id=\"professionel-hjaelp\"><h2>N\u00e4r b\u00e4ckenbotten\u00f6vningar inte r\u00e4cker till<\/h2><p>B\u00e4ckenbottentr\u00e4ning f\u00f6r m\u00e4n \u00e4r enkelt p\u00e5 papperet, men precision \u00e4r nyckeln.
